Awful - Tried multiple times to get the waiters attention no avail (despite saying they will coming to take the order multiple times). Order at the bar! Then the food was absolutely awful - paid ΓΒ£20 for a burger and a beer. The worst burger I have ever had

This is a moderately OK bar that serves a small food menu. Unfortunately, I was refused to be served just one cocktail as they were apparently too busy. Bafflingly there wasnΓ’β¬β’t many people waiting, only 1/3 of the tables full, no table service and the bar was manned by 3 (rude and unfriendly) people. I find it shocking that a hotel BAR canΓ’β¬β’t find it in themselves to create one cocktail from their own menu at 11pm at night.WouldnΓ’β¬β’t recommend and certainly wonΓ’β¬β’t visit again.

Initially served pleasantly. However when we decided to add to our meal. Another server's attitude was rude, condescending and very unprofessional in front of customers. It shows that a REALLY successful establishment is capable of providing a Consistent and reliable service that is long lasting. Unfortunately unlike the decor, it's a random, risk taker for good service. So we tried the Annayu Restaurant, next door, Excellent, Excellent. Worth the ΓΒ£ and A GREAT welcoming attitude that did not spoil our meal.
